Ca125 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ca125 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account or using any part of the ca125 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ca125 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.
Age requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ca125's services. This platform does not permit access or registration by individuals below the stipulated age limit.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on ca125. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. ca125 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may suspend accounts where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the ca125 support team immediately via the live chat available on the platform.
User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users of the ca125 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to transfer, sell or assign your account to a third party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
- Using another user's information without authorisation or for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or ca125's internal systems.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of available balances and further legal action at ca125's discretion.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the ca125 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay and online bank transfers via local Malaysian banks. ca125 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. ca125 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for fraud prevention and procedural compliance purposes.
Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the user. ca125 is not liable for any delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.
Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Ca125 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation may be withheld subject to case assessment.
Limitation of Liability
Ca125 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors or inaccurate information provided by third parties. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ca125 makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ca125 platform, including logos, designs, text, images and software, is the exclusive property of ca125 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from ca125.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ca125 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page along with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
